The procedure for submitting complaints and petitions.

The procedure for submitting complaints and petitions by JCJ staff, students of all degree levels including PhD students, as well as fee-paying JCJ course participants.

A complaint is to be directed to the relevant organs appropriate for its evaluation – in the case of complaints connected with the functioning of JCJ the document should be submitted in a written form to the Director of the Jagiellonian Language Centre. 

If the petition/complaint refers to the functioning of the Jagiellonian University and not to JCJ itself, then the Director will forward the document to the Rector of the Jagiellonian University. 

Petitions / complaints relating to the activities of the Director will be dealt with by the Rector of the Jagiellonian University.

Petitions and complaints relating to the functioning of JCJ are dealt with by the Director of the Jagiellonian Language Centre. 

The manner by which petitions and complaints have been addressed will be conveyed to the petitioning/complaining party without unnecessary delay no later than within a month of their submission, in accordance with article 237 of the Code on administrative procedure.   

Complaints are to be submitted to the Jagiellonian Language Centre Secretariat during office hours.
